While do not offer refunds on our books, we do offer exchange for damaged goods.
If your posted items do not arrive in good condition, we will be pleased to organise an exchange, providing a claim is made within 7 days of purchase. Photo evidence of damaged packaging and goods is required as proof. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
